香蕉传媒 eSIMs Terms and Conditions

Important Information About Our Role

These Terms & Conditions (鈥淭erms鈥) apply to the 香蕉传媒 eSIM service (鈥溝憬洞 eSIM鈥) provided by 香蕉传媒 Technology Ltd (鈥溝憬洞解, 鈥渨e鈥, 鈥渦s鈥, 鈥渙ur鈥) in partnership with 1GLOBAL Operations (Netherlands) B.V. and its group companies (鈥1GLOBAL鈥).

香蕉传媒 provides access to eSIM data plans that are powered by 1GLOBAL鈥檚 network infrastructure.

香蕉传媒 markets and sells these eSIM data plans directly to members through the 香蕉传媒 app.

While 香蕉传媒 manages pricing, billing, and customer support, the underlying telecommunications service (including the operation of the network and delivery of mobile data) 聽is provided by 1GLOBAL.

By activating or purchasing a 香蕉传媒 eSIM, you enter into an agreement both with 香蕉传媒 (these Terms) and with 1GLOBAL (their which govern the network service).

Please read both carefully before activating your eSIM.

Service Description

香蕉传媒 eSIM allows members to access mobile data connectivity when travelling abroad, using a digital SIM (eSIM) provisioned by 1GLOBAL.

Features include:

  • Installation directly through the 香蕉传媒 app.
  • Purchase and top-up of data plans in-app.
  • Complimentary data allowance for Full Members (see 香蕉传媒 app for details, subject to change or withdrawal).
  • Earn 香蕉传媒 points on purchases (see 香蕉传媒 app for details, subject to change).

香蕉传媒 is not a mobile network operator. 1GLOBAL provides the telecommunications service, while 香蕉传媒 manages billing, pricing, and member support.

Eligibility and Activation

  • You must be a 香蕉传媒 member and have an eSIM-compatible device.
  • eSIMs are provisioned per device and cannot be transferred.
  • Activation requires an active internet connection and acceptance of these Terms.
  • Each eSIM is installed once and can hold multiple data plans.

Data Plans & Pricing

  • Data plans are prepaid and sold by country or region.
  • Prices are set by 香蕉传媒 and shown in-app prior to purchase.
  • Data usage is measured by 1GLOBAL and rounded up to the nearest MB.
  • Plans expire after the period stated at purchase and are non-transferable.
  • Usage and balance can be monitored in-app.

Refund Policy

香蕉传媒 offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase:
    • Full refund if no data has been used.
    • Partial refund if some data has been used, proportionate to remaining value.
  • After 14 days:
    • Refunds only if no data has been used (e.g. accidental plan purchase).

Refunds are processed manually via 香蕉传媒 Support (support@yonder.com) and may take up to 10 business days. Refunds are not available once a plan has fully expired.

Complimentary Data Allowance

香蕉传媒 Members may receive complimentary data, as set out in the 香蕉传媒 app from time to time. Complimentary data may differ depending on your membership tier - see the 香蕉传媒 app for details.

The complimentary allowance may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Usage Policy

  • eSIM data can be used only for personal, lawful use.
  • 香蕉传媒 reserves the right to suspend access if we detect misuse, fraud, or network abuse (e.g., tethering abuse, resale, or illegal activity).
  • Data coverage and speeds depend on 1GLOBAL鈥檚 partner networks; 香蕉传媒 does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Certain 香蕉传媒 app functions may remain zero-rated (accessible without a data plan), where permitted by regulation.

Limitations & Liability

  • 香蕉传媒 acts as a reseller and is not responsible for network availability, speed, or quality.
  • 1GLOBAL鈥檚 network terms apply in addition to these Terms.
  • 香蕉传媒 will not be liable for loss of connectivity, travel disruption, or costs arising from network issues, except where caused by negligence.
  • Maximum liability per member for any claim relating to 香蕉传媒 eSIM shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected plan.

Cancellations & Termination

  • You may delete or deactivate your eSIM at any time in-app.
  • 香蕉传媒 may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or your membership lapses.
  • Upon termination, any remaining data balance will expire immediately and is non-refundable.

Data Protection

香蕉传媒 processes limited usage and location data received from 1GLOBAL for billing, support, and analytics purposes.

All processing complies with our Privacy Policy.

1GLOBAL acts as an independent data controller for network-level data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
